Shipments are F.O.B. Anderson, S.C., or F.O.B. Poole, England.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. All shipping and special processing charges are additional.

Ordering

When placing an order, ensure all information is provided, including pattern name or number, color, and shipping address. Color variations may occur between dye lots.

Inquiries

When inquiring about an order, always reference the pattern name and number, color, and yardage required.

Returns & Claims

No returns for Wallcovering will be accepted without written return authorization from Wallpaper Boutique. Return authorization requests must include the invoice number, date of invoice, and reason for the return. Requests for return and credit must be made within 30 days of the electronic order timestamp.

No returns or cancellations accepted for custom or special order items once in production. We do not issue credits for dye lot variations. Authorized returns for 1st quality merchandise or refused shipments are subject to a 50% restocking fee and all freight charges.

Merchandise Credits are non-transferrable and expire twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.

Regulatory Compliance

Products listed are not intended for use in the manufacture of wearing apparel according to the Flammability Act. A continuing guarantee under the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act is filed with the Federal Trade Commission.

Orders/ Payments

For order inquiries, email orders@WallpaperBoutique.com. Wallpaper Boutique does not carry stock; all orders ship directly from the manufacturer.

Ordering Process

Upon completion, you will receive an email confirmation with a Purchase Order (PO) number. Prices may change without notice.

Quantity

Fabric is sold by the yard (1 = 1 yard), wallpaper by the roll (1 = 1 roll). Some types are sold by the yard (1 = 1 yard) as specified on the product page.

Minimum Order

The minimum order is one yard or roll; specific products may have larger minimums as noted.

Payment Methods

Wallpaper Boutique accepts American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. No cash, checks, or money orders accepted.

Backorders

Customers are notified of backorders. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated after entering the shipping address at checkout.

Order Cancellations

If cancelled before shipment, a full refund is issued. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Allow 7 business days for refunds to reflect.

Merchandise

Wallpaper Boutique cannot provide project measurements. Consult a professional. Estimators are available for wallpaper; discrepancies are not the responsibility of Wallpaper Boutique.

First Quality Merchandise

All products are sourced directly from manufacturers, guaranteeing first-quality merchandise.

Damaged/Defective Products

Lost Packages

Notify us within 30 days of shipment if your package is not received as indicated on tracking information.

Return Policy

Adheres to manufacturers’ return policies. All returns (except damaged merchandise) subject to restocking fee. Customers cover return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective. A $25 shipping fee applies if a return shipping label is provided. All fees deducted from the overall refund after the manufacturer confirms receipt. All return requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt. Wallpaper returns must be unopened and in the original wrapping.
